Titus 1:5 - For this cause I left thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee.

 

One of the main purposes of this church is the development of leaders, ministers, and pastors.  We believe that this ministry was designed for impartation and instruction so that other churches will be planted.  This is part of the Apostolic Antioch Mandate of our church.
 
Apostle Mancil Carroll leads this ministry in developing young pastors and prepares them for church planting.  He also teaches in Spiritual Protocol, Spiritual Leadership, and Church Administration.
